He built a solid foundation in strategic planning, capital allocation, and operational execution before founding L2G Capital Inc. as a disciplined, independent private investment platform. As Founder and Executive Director, Sandy oversees firm-wide strategy, acquisitions, and corporate governance, while co-managing the company’s public equity and digital asset investments alongside Julien and Gabriel to support long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

Julien brings a proven track record of building and operating successful businesses generating over $150 million in annual revenue. At L2G Capital, he oversees property operations, tenant relations, and day-to-day management, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and strong tenant relationships. He also collaborates closely with Sandy and Gabriel on the firm’s public equity and digital asset investments, contributing to disciplined portfolio management and long-term performance.

Gabriel brings extensive financial management expertise and a growth-oriented investment mindset to L2G Capital. As Chief Investment Officer, he leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital optimization, and portfolio construction across real estate, public equities, and digital assets. He works closely with Sandy and Julien to ensure disciplined capital deployment and risk management, drawing on his experience overseeing operations exceeding $160 million in annual revenue to support sustainable, long-term growth.
